Package and Deployment Wizard

Hi
Could anyone let me know where this is found, and any tips on using it ?
I want to give a few folk a wee VB6 exe I've made... it does need an OCX
file and (if needed?) the VB runtime library?

Or it is good enough just to zip the individual files?
