Hello,
First of all, I'm sorry if this kind of topic already existed.
Then, here's my question.
I've used Visual Basic for about 2 years now and decided I wanted to learn C++ or C#.
But, all the tutorials I've found on master google, are for beginners who don't even know basic syntax.
Is there anyone on this forum who knows if there is a tutorial for C++ / C# that requires some basic knowledge.
Reading a beginners tutorial is just waste of time as I already know a lot of it.
Also, here's a little summary of languages I know. (Don't know if you need it. Maybe some tutorials require some other languages)
-PHP (well, not fully, but a lot of it.)
-HTML, HTMLX
-VB (Experienced)
-AS2/3 (Again, not fully.)
-XML
Also, I've scripted / coded at some games for things like mods. Don't really know what language it was in:
-Call of Duty 4 (.gsc files, think it was something like C# or C++)
-Emergency 4 (.script files, Looked a lot like C++)
I thank you all for taking the time to read, and I hope you will leave a reply :)
Again, sorry if this kind of topic already existed.
Kind regards,
Niels.
